Escallion, Hot Peppers, Salt, Spices, Onion, Garlic, Cane Vinegar, Brown Sugar, WaterPreparation & Usage
Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk Seasoning per 1lb of fully thawed meats / chicken / seafood / vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (4 hours for best results). Cook on the grill (most authentic), stove top or in the oven (350°) using your preferred method.
