Preparation & Usage
To serve hot: Heat cold noodles by plunging into boiling water 1 minute; drain. Divide noodles into serving bowls. Mix 1 part Kikkoman Memmi (soup base for noodles) with 12 parts hot water; pour over noodles. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, as desired. Or, top with Tempura, cooked beef, pork or chicken slices and pieces of cooked vegetables. To serve cold: Dip noodles into a sauce prepared with 1 part Kikkoman Memmi mixed with 5 parts cold water.
