Easy Prep Recipe Ingredients: 12 tablespoons butter, divided use 1 cup milk Directions: 1. Prep Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking sheet with Pam® cooking spray. 2. Mix Pour biscuit mix into large bowl. Cut In 10 tablespoons cold butter using your hands, a pastry cutter, or food processor. Create coarse crumbs of butter and incorporate into the dry mix. Stir in milk using a scoop-down and fold-over motion until soft dough 3. Shape Drop Biscuits - Scoop dough into portions, about 3 tablespoons each and drop onto baking sheet. Rolled Biscuits - On a floured surface, roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness using a floured rolling pin. Fold dough in thirds, turn dough 90° and roll out again. Repeat. Roll dough one final time 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick. Cut out biscuits using a 2-inch biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet. 4. Bake Bake 9 to 11 minutes, until golden brown. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter and brush over hot biscuits before serving.
