Ingredients
Saratoga Sparkling Spring Water
4oz. fresh squeezed blood orange juice
1 lime, squeezed
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
5 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 slice blood orange
1 sprig rosemary
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, water, and rosemary and bring to a boil in a small saucepan ensuring the sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes for lighter rosemary flavor or 30 minutes for fuller rosemary flavor.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add blood orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup then add ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a large coupe glass. Top with Saratoga Sparkling Water.
  5. Garnish with a blood orange slice and sprig of rosemary. Sip and enjoy!
