Mixed Berry Brie Dessert Pizza

Ingredients
1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
3 oz Bowl & Basket Specialty Brie, cut into thin slices and rind removed
½ cup Bowl & Basket strawberry preserves (can sub another preserves if desired)
¼ cup Bowl & Basket honey
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh raspberries
Olive oil, for handling pizza work surfaces
Flour,for handling pizza work surfaces
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 and remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator. Place on a lightly floured work surface to rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Gently roll or stretch out the dough to a circle, approximately 9 inch long (or 13 inch long if doing a more rustic oval shape).
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and gently transfer the pizza dough to it.
- Brush pizza dough with a light coating of olive oil, then place the slices of brie across the surface. Drop spoonfuls of preserves around the brie, then sprinkle ¼ cup of each of the fruit across the top of the pizza.
- Bake pizza at 450 for 10-14 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with the rest of the fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
