Ingredients
4 Double Chocolate Muffins
¼ cup chocolate frosting
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Cake pop sticks
Directions
  1. Cook Double Chocolate Muffins according to package directions. Once cooled, crumble the muffins with a fork or your hands. Mix in the frosting using a small hand mixer or a smooth one until combined.
  2. Form muffin mixture into small rounded balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
  4. Dip one end of a cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and then insert it into the chilled cake ball. Repeat with all the cake balls.
  5. Place in the freezer again for 20 minutes.
  6. Dip the chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate coating to completely cover. Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired, then place in styrofoam to harden for about an hour. Enjoy!
