Tuscan-Style Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 jar (24 oz.) traditional pasta sauce
3/4 cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes, drained, chopped
1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 container (16 oz.) Breakstone's Cottage Cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
Directions
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cook turkey in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat until done, stirring frequently.
- Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Add 2 Tbsp. water to empty sauce jar; cover with lid and shake well. Add to meat mixture; stir until blended. Remove from heat.
- Combine egg, cottage cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spread 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1-1/4 cup of the remaining pasta sauce and 1/2 of the cheese mixture.
- Repeat layers once. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce and shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 min. or until heated through, removing foil after 30 min.
- Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
