1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bananas into 1/4 inch thick slices and arrange in one layer on baking sheet. Pour 1 cup milk into ice cube trays. Freeze bananas and milk 4 hours.
2. Place in blender: frozen bananas, frozen milk cubes, 1 chopped protein bar, peanut butter, maple syrup, remaining milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth and thick.
3. Serve in chilled glasses. Garnish with remaining chopped protein bar.
