Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) Package of Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1 (11-ounce) Can of Green Giant® Stream Crisp® Corn or any other Green Giant® Corn product, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1 cup Quartered Grape Tomatoes
1 Medium Zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Basil
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
1. Combine Riced Cauliflower, Green Giant Corn, tomatoes, zucchini and red onion in a large bowl.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Season to taste with salt and cracked black pepper
4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat
