Ingredients
1 oz lobster tails
1 cup Saltines (crushed)
9 tbs melted butter, divided follow steps
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 medium onion (diced)
1/2 lemon (juiced) + tsp lemon zest , divided follow steps
1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
12 oz lump crab meat - picked (2 small cans)
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions

Lobster 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Cut the back of the lobster tails ¾ the way down using kitchen shears. Use a fork to lift the tail out of the shell and rest it on top. Do not pull the meat entirely out of its shell and leave the tip of the tail connected. 3. Put the tails on a sheet pan and drizzle with 1 tbsp of lemon butter per tail and cook in the oven at 425 degree for 5 minutes. 4. Take lobster out of oven and let sit. Crab Cakes: 1. Sautee onions in tbsp of butter until translucent. 2. Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute on medium heat. 3. In a bowl, fold the garlic, onion, and butter with crushed saltines along with the mustard, lemon juice & crab meat. 4. Form into small oblong patties (shaped to fit over the lobster tail) Stuffed Lobster: Take these crab cakes and put them over top of the broiled lobster. Brush them with lemon butter and cook at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve right away.
