1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place bread on rimmed baking pan; spritz with water. Bake 1 minute or until heated through; while still warm, with rolling pin, flatten bread.
2. Spread honey mustard on top edge of bread slices; place 1 piece turkey and 1 piece cheese on each slice of bread. On bottom edge of bread slices, place lettuce, pepper and carrots; starting at bottom edge, roll up bread to enclose fillings. Slice rolls crosswise into 1-inch pieces.
