Strain the Rigatoni pasta water, and toss 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the pasta, so the noodles don’t stick together. Next, fill an 8-inch springform pan with the rigatoni noodle with the hole sticking up. Fill the pan with the rigatoni, then fill each rigatoni with ricotta. You can put the ricotta in a piping bag or plastic baggie with the corner tip cut for easy filling. Pour the Bowl & Basket Pizza Sauce over the noodles and spread it evenly. Then add the Bowl & Basket Shredded Cheese over the sauce. Lastly, top with pepperonis and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, and serve this fun pizza pasta!
