Ingredients
1 (12-inch) ready-to-bake pizza crust
1/2 cup low sodium marinara pasta sauce
1 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
16 slices pepperoni
½ (8-ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450°. Leaving ½-inch border, spread crust with sauce; top with cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms.

 

2. Bake pizza directly on oven rack 10 minutes or until cheese melts and edges are golden brown; cool slightly and cut into 8 slices.

Chef Tips: Customize the pizza by swapping the crust with cauliflower crust, the marinara sauce with pesto, and/or adding your favorite pizza toppings.
