1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Place unopened Green Giant Marinara Veggie Spiral Skillets in a microwave and cook for 7 minutes on high. Let sit for 1 minute.
3. Pour contents into a bowl and stir to combine.
4. In a separate bowl stir together ricotta, egg, ¼ cup parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
5. Spread ¼ cup marinara sauce in bottom of prepared pan. Add two noodles. (Noodles will expand when cooking).
6. Spread noodles with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, followed by ½ cup of the Green Giant spirals, ½ cup mozzarella and ½ cup sauce.
7. Add two more noodles and layer with half of the remaining ricotta, ½ cup Green Giant Spirals, ½ cup mozzarella and ½ cup sauce.
8. Add two more noodles and layer with remaining ricotta, half of the remaining Green Giant spirals, ½ cup mozzarella and ½ cup sauce.
9. Add two more noodles and top with ½ cup sauce, remaining spirals, remaining mozzarella and ¼ cup parmesan cheese.
10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10- minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
