Ingredients
1 tbs Bowl & Basket Pork Rub
1 rack of Pork Ribs (about 2 lbs)
1 bottle Bowl & Basket BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Coat the ribs in the spice rub and let sit in fridge overnight if possible, or for at least one hour.
- When ready to cook, place the metal trivet insert (or any metal trivet safe for a pressure cooker) into the bottom of the pressure cooker and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot.
- Place ribs inside the pressure cook on top of the trivet, coiling the rack of ribs and placing it on its side so it fits inside nicely.
- Cook the ribs on manual pressure for 15 minutes, then do a quick release of the steam.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the pressure cooker to a metal baking sheet.
- Baste with bbq sauce, then either broil or grill until sauce is browned and sticky, about 3-5 minutes.
