3. Transfer dough to lightly floured work surface; knead 2 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Transfer dough to prepared pan; cover and let stand 30 minutes
4. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake bread 30 minutes or until golden brown; cool completely in pan on wire rack.
5. Cut bread into 12 (¾-inch-thick) slices.
