1 jar tomato or pizza sauce
1 lb pizza dough at room temperature
8 oz Castello® Creamy Havarti cheese
1/2 pineapples - cut into wedges
12 slices pancetta
Chopped rosemary
Watercress to garnish
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

2. Stretch the dough into a large circle and lay it on the baking sheet.

 

3. Spread the tomato sauce and add the rest of the toppings omitting the watercress until after it is cooked.

 

4. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

 

5. Garnish with watercress and serve.
