Ingredients
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 Banana, sliced
1 Medjool Date, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp of Oats
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 tbsp of Almond Butter
Directions

1. Split a banana and slice, put in two Ziploc® brand sandwich bags. Add ½ cup of blueberries to each and place bags in freezer for at least four hours.

2. Place frozen, sliced banana and blueberries to blender. Add the date, oats, almond milk and almond butter, and process until creamy and smooth. If smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk.

Tip: For young children, finely shred the chicken with a knife or a food processor to make the salad more palatable. For older children and adults looking for a flavor boost, add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard or chopped fresh herbs like parsley or dill.
