1. For the Pie Crust: In food processor, ground Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal into fine crumbs. Combine cereal crumbs and 2 tbs brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add 7 tbs melted butter and combine ingredients well. Pour mixture into pie pan. Use the back of a spoon to firmly pack crumbs to the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Freeze for 10-20 minutes before filling.
2. For the Streusel: In medium bowl, add 2 tbs cold butter, flour, 2 tbs brown sugar and 2 tbs Cinnadust™ Seasoning, using pastryblender or 2 knives, cut into ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
3. To assemble: Let ice cream thaw until slightly soft and scoop-able. Scoop and gently spread a layer in the pie crust, about 3/4” thick. Add in a layer of streusel topping. Add one more layer of ice cream, 3/4′′ thick. Add another layer of streusel topping. Freeze the pie until it is firm, about 20 Minutes. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnadust™ and your favorite berries. Slice & Serve!
