1. In a large container or plastic bag, combine garlic, oregano, vinegar, oil, prunes, olives, capers w/ juice, and bay leaves. Add chicken pieces and marinate in fridge overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and arrange chicken pieces in single layer in a glass 13x9 inch casserole dish. Spoon marinade over evenly.
3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour in wine. Bake 50-60 min, basting every 15 minutes or so.
4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
