1. Preheat oven to 425°; spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until crisp, turning once; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
2. Spray 1 side of bread slices with cooking spray; place 4 slices, sprayed side down, on prepared pan. Top each slice with 1 slice cheese, 2 pieces bacon, 1 slice cheese and remaining 4 bread slices, sprayed side up. Bake sandwiches 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, turning once.
3. Heat soup in microwave oven as label directs. Prepare salad as label directs. Makes about 2½ cups soup and 4 cups salad.
4. Cut sandwiches in half; serve with soup and salad.
