Ingredients
1/2 (16 oz) HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Bacon
1 1/2 tbs Flour
1 (8 oz) Package White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 ( 8 oz ) Package Colby-Jack Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 ( 8 oz ) Package Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Amber Beer
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions

1. Cook bacon according to package directions; cool and crumble.

 

2. In large bowl, toss together flour, white cheddar cheese and Colby-jack cheese.

 

3. In medium saucepan, heat cream cheese and beer over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until cream cheese is melted.

 

4.Gradually add cheddar cheese mixture, stirring until smooth.

 

5. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.

 

6.Serve with toasted bread ( your preference of bread ).
